The Aero Step is an air-filled exercise device made from high-quality Ruton. The Ruton material is odorless, very durable (about 200 kg), latex-free, and made from 100% recyclable plastic.

The device allows for training thanks to the 2-chamber air system. Joint stability is improved, balance is enhanced, and reflexes and reactions are promoted. Equipped with several round "knobs" for additional stimulation of the reflex zones of the feet, it achieves an added massage effect and better blood circulation.

Regardless of the position (standing, prone, or supine), the instability from the air filling transforms every familiar exercise into a movement experience.
