I have Chronic polypous with sinusitis. I was taking cortisone spray for 3 years to keep my polyps small because they regrow very quickly. Cortisone is the worst thing for the body and I decided to completely stop it and try septilin. After 6 months in combination with saltwater spray, I take 6 tablets a day, 3 in the morning and 3 at night, the polyps have almost disappeared, the swelling I have is minimal and I can sleep comfortably at night, my body is getting rid of the cortisone swelling, my sense of smell is gradually returning after many years, and all this without any side effects. The only negative is the price because the tablets run out before the month is over with this dosage. I should note that I have not seen any major changes in my allergic asthma so far, maybe because I am a smoker.

UPDATE: 1.5 years after using it, I was very satisfied. The polyps remained small but my sense of smell never returned. I stopped the treatment and went back to cortisone in case my sense of smell returned again.
