The genuine one has stopped being produced by the company, so you are forced to go for this one.
For me, as soon as it arrived it had a poor fit and was leaking. It was not possible to make coffee.
My old portafilter had broken while I was trying to clean it.
If you unscrew it, inside it has a mechanism with white plastic parts and springs. One of the springs is fixed onto the plastic. That was what had broken in my case.
So I kept the mechanism from the new one and everything else from the old one.
I also changed the gasket on the machine since I had already started to get disappointed, just in case something would change....
A Frankenstein situation, but otherwise I would have been left without coffee for the weekend......
It took me a lot of time and many tests to see whether I would keep anything and what..... a hassle.....
The best maintenance for the portafilter is after every coffee to do an extraction with just water.

Το γνήσιο έχει σταματήσει να βγαίνει από την εταιρεία οπότε πας αναγκαστικά σε αυτό.
Σε εμένα με το που ήρθε είχε κακή εφαρμογή και είχε διαρροή. Δεν ήταν εφικτό να κάνεις καφέ.
Το παλιό μου portafilter είχε χαλάσει στη προσπάθεια μου να το καθαρίσω.
Αν το ξεβιδώσεις μέσα έχει ένα μηχανισμό με λευκά πλαστικά και ελατήρια. Ένα από τα ελατήρια είναι Φιξ πάνω στο πλαστικό. Αυτό είχε χαλάσει σε εμένα.
Κράτησα λοιπόν το μηχανισμό από το καινούριο και όλα τα υπόλοιπα από το παλιό.
Άλλαξα και λάστιχο στη μηχανή αφού είχα ήδη αρχίσει να απογοητεύομαι, μπας και άλλαζε κάτι....
Φρανκενστάιν κατάσταση αλλά διαφορετικά θα έμενα χωρίς καφέ ΠΣΚ......
Μου πήρε πολύ χρόνο και πολλές δοκιμές για να δω αν θα κρατήσω κάτι και τι..... ταλαιπωρία.....
Η καλύτερη συντήρηση του portafilter είναι μετά από κάθε καφέ να κάνεις μια εξαγωγή μόνο με νερό.

Πολύ μέτρια ποιότητα πλαστικού και μετάλλου. Εντούτοις κάνει καλά τη δουλειά του και βγάζει άψογο καϊμάκι. Ελπίζω να αντέξει στο χρόνο.
I grind coffee at home. I have tried countless settings (I have all the tools) and different coffees. Unfortunately, it doesn't compare to the original (which broke after almost 7 years). I suspect it doesn't maintain the correct pressure and causes over-extraction. It's not that the coffee is undrinkable. It's just okay. The €35 is kind of wasted but at least I don't pay for coffees outside until I get a bottomless portafilter.
κόβω το καφέ σπίτι . έχω δοκιμάσει άπειρες ρυθμίσεις (έχω όλα τα εργαλεία) και διαφορετικούς καφέδες. δυστυχώς με το μαμά (το οποίο χάλασε μετά από 7 σχεδόν χρόνια) δεν συγκρίνεται. πιθανολογώ ότι δεν κρατά σωστή πίεση και κάνει over extract . δεν είναι ότι δεν πίνεται ο καφές. είναι απλά οκ. ψιλό πεταμένα τα 35€ αλλά τουλάχιστον δεν πληρώνω καφέδες απέξω μέχρι να πάρω ένα bottomless portafilter.
