Εγώ που είμαι άσχετος με μαγειρική, ξέρω ότι όταν βράζει η χύτρα δεν κάνεις προσπάθεια να την ανοίξεις, διότι θα εκσφενδονιστεί το καπάκι. Μόνο όταν την τραβήξεις από το μάτι και αφού κατέβει πλήρως η βαλβίδα ασφαλείας, τότε και μόνο τότε, ανοίγεις το καπάκι! Stay safe!
