I will share my own experience and opinion. I give 5 stars because I was truly relieved and avoided the whole ENT process, while I was struggling for 4 days with a blocked ear... It was the first time I used this product and it worked for me with the third dose I used, already from the second day... according to the pharmacist's instructions. Normally, the treatment lasts for 4-5 days and requires patience. Apparently, the water that accidentally got in had swollen the earwax, and that's why it troubled me quite a bit. I didn't expect anything to happen, to be honest, especially because of the negative comments I saw... but fortunately, in my case, it suddenly opened and I was relieved! I clean afterwards with a wet tissue carefully and my hearing improves even more. With each careful wash, the remaining residues also came out. I believe it depends on each person's case and not on the medicine. If the plug is large, it might not work... As drops, though, they are excellent for me and did more than enough. Give it a try and you might save yourself a lot

This is the 4th time my ear has been blocked in 3 years (in my opinion due to stress). The previous times I went to an ENT and they cleaned it out for me. One of those times - before I went to the ENT - I used drops from another brand and they did nothing. Until I read reviews for this specific product.

Compared to the first time my ear was completely blocked and I have the experience of 2 other cases where it also got blocked, I am writing about this time I used Unisept. With a feeling of blockage at about 85% compared to that first time, I write my experience:

1st day 1st dose (6-7 drops): the ear starts to foam sweetly. I let the drops work for about 5 minutes with my head tilted so the drops don’t run out. Then with the showerhead, I pour lukewarm water to clean it out, with no result. In the meantime, the liquid I poured comes out colorless, just as I put it in, meaning it didn’t bring out any wax. I feel my ear not only blocked but also wetter inside and heavy, as if gum has stuck inside.
1st day 2nd dose (7-8 drops): the ear foams again. I follow the same timing process. This time I pour lukewarm water with the help of a syringe (of course, remove the sharp tip). I do about 5-6 washes with the syringe. Again, the colorless drops and water come out and the ear remains blocked and full. In some cases, I feel like I blocked it more. I press and rub it with my fingers externally to create "outlets" and let out as much liquid as possible.
At this point, I think about making an appointment with an ENT, but I read reviews from other users here saying that it requires patience. And so I do.

2nd day 1st dose (6-7 drops): same situation as the first day. I feel my ear is about 90% blocked.
2nd day intermediate dose (3-4 drops at noon, just out of curiosity): something starts to move in the ear, but with no result.
2nd day 2nd dose (9-10 drops): the ear foams quite a bit and after washes with the syringe, brown pieces start coming out of my ear. At first, a relatively small piece came out and then a small amount in liquid form while the ear got "air" again. I feel it has cleaned, but it needs a little more time. In the meantime, I can hear better, almost like before it got blocked.

3rd day 1st dose (3-4 drops): with a cleaner ear, I put in a few drops and do a quick wash with the syringe. I feel my ear is now clean. I don’t know if there are any wax remnants inside, but it hears normally and the feeling of weight/gum has gone away.

So in 3 days and about 6-7 doses (some intermediate), I believe it did quite a good job and for now, I saved the 40 euros the ENT charges. When wax gathers again, I will see and I will do the same again.

It works great if the problem is indeed due to the wax and the instructions are followed correctly. Right ear completely blocked, with audiograms showing that I could barely hear low and mid frequencies, while high frequencies from 3 kHz and above were completely lost, I couldn't hear them at all even at 80 dB. With the third use of this liquid, the ear was completely cleared, hearing at 100%, I could now hear all frequencies (including the high ones that were previously nonexistent) from 0-5 dB. If you don't hear the characteristic fizzing when you pour it into your ear, you may need to leave it in for a long time, with the ear turned vertically upwards, even half to one hour before you start to hear it. The ear bath mentioned in the instructions can be done with the problematic ear now turned downwards and pouring in clean hydrogen peroxide or warm water with a syringe or with the shower (I did it with hydrogen peroxide and a syringe). If it doesn't yield results after 4-5 days of use 2-3 times a day, there may be another issue that an ENT should check. Updated review: I faced exactly the same problem in the other ear (left) 15 days later and again these drops brought the same result, the problem not only got resolved but I can hear even better than before. So, 2 out of 2 times success

I have been using it for over 30 years. It is the most effective - aggressive ear canal solution towards earwax. If there is indeed earwax or flaky skin in your ear canal and if you follow the instructions for use, it will take a maximum of 7 hours to feel a 50% to 100% improvement in your ear. Attention: This preparation is exclusively for the removal of earwax: 1) In the case that your ear is injured or irritated by a fungus, this solution can worsen the condition. It will worsen your inflammation and with the first use, you will feel intense burning - irritation in your ear. Rinse your ear with lukewarm water and visit an ENT specialist immediately. 2) In the case that the blockage of your ear is due to the accumulation of fluid - mucus behind the eardrum, that is, in the middle ear canal, this solution is also not effective. Visit an ENT specialist IMMEDIATELY and do not experiment with home remedies and solutions. This solution is suitable only for the partial or complete removal of earwax and flaky skin from a healthy but clogged ear.

The best thing I've ever had, I didn't have a similar experience with other drops. It blocked my right ear and I couldn't hear anything, so I went to my pharmacist (due to workload, I didn't have time to make an appointment with a doctor) and he gave me these drops. Personally, it took me more than 4 days because there was a lot of wax, but on the second day, it started to have an effect. After finishing the treatment on the right ear, the left ear started, even though it had less wax, it required more persistence, but I saw results without having any experience. I believe that most doctors would do the same because besides cleaning, they prescribe drops and charge you 30 euros just for fun. Now, those who used this specific product correctly didn't have any issues, so they probably need to see a doctor. My advice, as I saw in another review, is not to buy the 10 mL. I bought the 10 mL from my pharmacy for 7.00 euros, and when it ran out, I bought the 30 mL from an online pharmacy for 7.10 euros, plus 2 euros for shipping, totaling 9.10 euros. It has triple the quantity, and I bought another one additionally to have it for other members of my family

First of all, I would like to mention the fact that the only reason I am writing this review is because I have heard mediocre opinions about the product, which in my opinion do not represent the product.

I have tried various ear drops that have been prescribed to me by 2-3 different ENT doctors, such as Otosan. I didn't see a significant difference, I didn't see the wax softening as I would expect, even though I followed the instructions.

I chose this particular one because I saw it ranked first on skroutz in the reviews and it seems quite cheap for its ml. Do not buy the 10ml version, not even that, you can buy triple the dosage for just 2-3 euros more.

Some people had mentioned to me that after using it, we should be careful because it needs to come out of the ear canal. Well... that's also mentioned in the instructions. Specifically, from the instructions word for word:

"Turn your head to the side and instill 5 to 10 drops. The drops remain in the ear for several minutes, either by maintaining the head tilt or by placing cotton at the entrance of the ear canal.

Remove any wax residue with lukewarm water ear syringe.

Caution: The tip of the bottle should not enter the ear canal."

As we can see, it clarifies it... and besides, it is obvious because it is a bubbling drop due to the oxygen it contains. If you don't clean your ear after leaving the drops inside, they will get trapped inside along with the wax residue.

By cleaning the ear with lukewarm water, we practically create a suction and the trapped drops mixed with the residue are expelled.

Some others had mentioned that their ear got blocked after using the drops (they experience the same with similar products), it is obvious that they are not using it correctly for cleaning, as I mentioned above. But they also mentioned that it took several days to work (4 or more).

All drops want more or less the same, depending on how resistant the wax is, but besides that, it is mentioned in the instructions.

"Instill 5-10 drops in the affected ear, twice a day for 3-4 days."

So, the effect was within the normal advertised frames.

Now, regarding my personal experience, I tried it once in both ears, ~30 minutes in one and ~10 minutes in the other (I stopped when the bubbling stopped) and I already saw a difference. Logically, as I see it, if I follow the prescription, it will make a difference, so I have no complaints, it works and I found something without having to go to an ENT doctor who usually recommends something that doesn't work and charge me 50 euros.

If I see that it doesn't continue the good work it has shown so far, I will update my review accordingly.

Within 4 days, as stated in the instructions, it solved my problem, or rather my ears. It's like going to a doctor, but instead of paying 50 euros, I solved it myself with just 10 euros and I still have the bottle for several more uses. I noticed a difference from the second day.
