In less than two years of use, the battery in the left earbud runs out in 15 minutes.
When I went to look it up, the first comment says

With very little use, the battery in the right earbud does not work. Too bad, because they were very good headphones. I don't understand what Sony is doing. I simply won't buy Sony again. Something I had no intention of doing.

3 pairs of headphones, bought at different times, all had the same problem: after 1.5 years the battery doesn't last even 5 minutes.
The first pair, with daily use, was replaced by the company under warranty. I couldn't use the replacement pair because the sound would alternate between one earbud and the other.
The second pair stayed in the packaging for a long time. When we started using it, after a month and with minimal use, it had the battery problem and unfortunately it was out of warranty.
On the third pair, now only the right one works. The left one was never used but its battery won't charge...

This is the second pair I’m buying because I lost the first ones. From the first ones, I can say that I had them for two years and they are tough, the sound is perfect, the battery, and the fit. The truth is they surprised me that even after so long and quite a few drops and abuse, they didn’t suffer anything, neither they nor the case, and the battery still lasted so long. Recently, I also bought the WF 1000XM5, and the truth is I didn’t see big differences; in fact, the LinkBuds stick out less from the ears. For their price, I don’t think there are better ones.

I have had them for almost 3 years, I didn't expect them to be so good and unfortunately I lost them somewhere so I came to buy them again and I see many negative reviews which I can't understand. After all these years of daily use, the battery is extremely good at a level I wouldn't expect, the sound, the fit, and the ANC are all perfect.
The app, especially, has evolved a lot since I got them, something I would recommend if it turns off while you're wearing them is to remove it from the app so they don't turn off automatically. It would occasionally happen if I didn't put them on properly that it wouldn't detect I was wearing them and would shut off, but I just disabled it and I haven't had that problem again.

After about 1 year, the battery in the right earbud lasts no more than 10 minutes and in the left no more than 20... before this battery issue, the earbuds were very good... but this does not justify the 120 euros I paid for earbuds that are useless to me after a year

Excellent headphones, however if you want to keep them for more than 8-10 months, don't bother. The battery on the LinkBuds S is unacceptable, after the time period I mentioned above, while it can charge up to 100% (emphasis on "can"), the battery on each bud lasts at most for about 20-25 minutes, and it started at 100%. And ultimately, the battery of the left bud lasts ~5', and the right one around ~10'. I made the mistake due to workload and didn't return them within the 1 Year Battery Warranty that Sony has (they know something), so they went to waste. Excellent sound quality, excellent ANC, but if you have to spend money every 8 months, no thanks. And the 2 stars and not 1 are only because as long as they lasted, they did an amazing job.

The battery in the right earbud lasted less than 10 months and because it was a gift and I don't have the warranty, they can't do anything of course the right earbud can be replaced which costs €85. Well done Sony

After 4 failed purchases of headphones (Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X, Huawei Freebuds 4, Huawei Freebuds Pro 3, Airpods Pro 2), I finally found headphones that fit well in my ears and do not fall out.

Their sound, for the money, is excellent, the build quality is outstanding, the connectivity is very good, and the Sony app, although a bit difficult to learn at first, is also quite good. The ANC, having tried Airpods Pro 2 and Huawei Freebuds Pro 3, didn't blow me away, but for the price, I think it's okay.

I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who has tried AirPods-style headphones that don't fit well in their ears or to those with a budget of up to €150 looking for reliable headphones for everyday use with ANC.

Another positive is that the headphones have MFI certification, so they work perfectly with iPhone.

After a year of light use, the left battery lasts half an hour. Unacceptable for such an expensive product, it's essentially trash. From now on, Sony is excluded for me.

Do not buy it, choose something else! It has general issues with the battery, where it completely drains after 10 minutes, making it useless, and it is something that Sony refuses to fix. Although it is a good product, it is guaranteed to become a waste of money after a year.

Perfect sound, relatively good ANC but after the one-year warranty period, the battery started to drain very quickly on the left side. Almost 2 years after purchase, they are completely useless, as the battery on the left side dies in 5 minutes. Upon checking Reddit, I discovered that this happens very often, so it's tragic on Sony's part. I do not recommend them

Very good performance headphones with excellent noise cancellation compared to the AirPods Pro. Good sound, connectivity, and comfort in the ears. However, they will receive one star because they simply broke within a month, and they are actually the second Sony headphones that have broken in two months for me. Very good product in terms of its features, but unfortunately, they are not reliable (and probably the company as a whole). The customer service at Kotsovolos is as follows: "We cannot check them due to the nature of the product, so we will send them to the representative. Waiting time: 4-5 weeks.

Coming from the XM3 to the Sony, the difference is significant. The poor fit of the XM3 in the ear seems to have been corrected, better battery, very practical case, top-notch ANC, and also great sound. Great value for money at 120 euros.

Regarding the headphones, if you can try them. Because for me, they don't fit well in my ear and after a few hours my ear hurts due to the shape of my ear, while their battery doesn't last for many hours. However, as far as sound and noise cancellation and transparency function are concerned, they are fantastic

I have had them since Christmas of 2022 and I use them with Redmi 9 pro. Overall, they work fine. Sometimes they have disconnected on their own and sometimes they don't connect directly. Other than that, everything is good. I will come back in a year

Very good for its price, worth 100%

These specific headphones are the most convenient portable headphones because they are the smallest. However, within 2 months, they broke because moisture, probably from sweat, got in. It's the worst that I wasted 130€ in a time when money matters and it's not right for them to break in such a short period of time. Stay away

Satisfied with the sound quality and call quality, the battery life could be better but for me it's okay, I don't use them intensively every day... the build quality seems a bit cheap but maybe it's justified due to the recyclable materials. My main concern is their fit and therefore the effectiveness of the noise cancellation. I couldn't find any available ear tips that fit me perfectly and their material gives you the feeling that they will slip out of your ear... consequently, there is external noise leakage that "spoils" the NC. In conclusion, satisfied but at this price, you have higher expectations.

I believe that the 129€ they cost are well worth it. The sound quality is quite good and the bass is powerful (speaking of course about earphones), and the volume is also very good, although at maximum it can distort the sound a little.
Something that impressed me is the ANC, which as soon as it started working, I could hear everything around me as if I wasn't wearing headphones at a satisfactory level. I was also impressed by how well they fit and how well they isolate external sounds.
On the negative side, while the ANC is working and you're not playing music, you notice a strong hissing/white noise as if you're listening to a recording from a tape recorder.
Also, I wasn't crazy about the app.

Having previously owned the 1000xm3, two observations. Definitely inferior but reasonable due to the price. Secondly, they finally did something with the connection speed, which was painfully slow. The sound quality is very good. The call quality is below average if you have ANC on. If you turn it off, it improves significantly. Decent for its price.

I bought these specific headphones during the sales period and I can say that I am very satisfied. The sound they produce is amazing and they are nothing like the lower category headphones I had before. The only thing I would like to be better is their battery life. Anyone who buys them should do the latest update as it improves many things and also brings support for two devices at the same time
