Decent, especially for Chinese mini PCs.
I used it with an HP Slice Elite, which has an unusual shape, and the included securing strap came in handy.

It includes all the components and seems durable.

I use it differently, I placed my mac mini under the desk with screws and it is a perfect addition. The only thing I suggest is to put a sticky foam tape on the screws to avoid scratching the finish of the PC or Mac.
