Description

Description

In this edition, which was made necessary due to recent reforms in labor legislation, in addition to the legislative amendments on important issues concerning individual employment relationships, attention has also been given to the jurisprudential developments to date, both at the national and European legal levels.

Labor law is largely shaped by case law. Therefore, it is essential for the practitioner, researcher, and anyone involved in employment matters to have a complete and reliable understanding of the jurisprudence.

For this reason, as in previous editions, we have placed particular emphasis on a systematic and as comprehensive as possible presentation and analysis of judicial positions on each individual issue of private employment law.

References to case law are always accompanied by the necessary theoretical grounding. At the same time, we have not overlooked the exercise of critique, where deemed appropriate, aiming, through the critical review of case law, to foster productive scientific dialogue between theory and practice.
