An affordable cordless phone aimed at older people. My parents loved it and asked me for a second device for the house in the village.

It has large and clear buttons, the characters and numbers on the screen are huge, it has loud ringtones, and it has two separate buttons for quick emergency calls.

On the downside, it has few functions and the huge characters on the screen cut off longer names.

I bought the set for my elderly father. One device connects to a telephone socket, the second has only a charger and communicates wirelessly with the base of the first. It has a loud ringtone, a large and easy-to-read display, large buttons. It is easy to use for the basics. What is difficult is to find out who called when you missed it, as well as to save as a contact in memory numbers that called you.

It arrived and everything was in Spanish and the manual did not have English. I had to search on the internet how to change the language. Not the best for a phone aimed at the elderly. Sound-wise it is quite good, the battery lasts 2-3 days probably due to the screen brightness.

Functional for a couple of days, and then the phone just dies, even with it being 10 mins away from the base. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE, you can get others for the same price, and are more functional and don’t die on you.

Excellent double set of cordless phones which are for the best possible use of a landline phone.. especially for elderly people they are ideal as they have buttons with large markings and bright clear screens

It is very good, for elderly people the good thing is that you press A or B (speed dial) and it calls directly without any other button.

If you remove the screen protector and select screen on and off the base, then it reacts immediately, otherwise it needs an extra button to "wake up". (I mean when you press buttons)

If it does not show caller ID, call your telephone company to fix it, for me with Nova they did an update and then it worked.

I got it for a very elderly lady. It has very large buttons, which make things easier. Also particularly important is that it has two emergency calls, which you can make without dialing the number.

The instructions are in Spanish, please!!! Unacceptable... after a while I managed to change the settings to Greek. Average quality with rechargeable AAA batteries. I got it for my mother, I think the volume is satisfactory. For its price, I would expect it to be a bit better.

Three years of heavy use and it still works just fine! The headset for the elderly sounds just fine! Its battery could be better. Almost daily charging

Good phone for the elderly but it has a menu in Portuguese and you have to search quite a bit in the manual (I found it in the electronic manual by accident) and I changed the language to Greek. Other than that, it is just right for people with reduced vision.

The problem that I consider serious is that the specific one I purchased is that it has menus in Spanish, so you have to find the user manual in Greek!

Very difficult menu. Especially the display of missed calls is both difficult and unclear. Also, the ringing sound takes longer to start compared to the existing landline phone.

Very good device for an elderly person, it has large numbers and a screen. When someone calls you, the green button flashes for easy answering. The only negative so far is that its batteries don't last long, but this can be solved by buying and using new ones with higher capacity.

I bought it for my parents, but it doesn't display caller ID, neither name nor number, so my mom has to use the old device to see who is calling her... Does anyone have the same problem? The provider is Nova.

Unfortunately, for an elderly person with vision problems, having to press 2 buttons to see who called is not easy; if you press the middle button with the arrow a little longer (instead of briefly), sound mute is activated and there is no indication on the button to make you understand it, only by searching, but an elderly person cannot do that. I wonder why they didn’t put the bell symbol on the button so you could understand it immediately.
Quite good sound volume, satisfactory ringing and lighting at night, and moderate battery life. The menu came in Spanish and I had difficulty finding the language option since the manual does not have Greek. It does not have many features (hence the price), but do not forget that even an 80+ year old user does not need anything beyond the basics.

What initially made a negative impression on me is the instruction manual that is only in German! Additionally, the battery only lasts for one day

With the receipt of this set of phones, replacement of rechargeable components (batteries, that is) with others of serious construction should be done! Satisfactory device with good screen and button lighting, as well as strong ringtone volume. Also, strong sound in the earpiece during calls and in speakerphone mode.
The process of viewing missed calls is inconvenient as you have to press and hold the star button, which will likely wear out quickly. Additionally, there is no option to view the call history of incoming calls, only outgoing calls.
The batteries included in the package are not sufficient for frequent, daily use of the device for more than 2 hours of talk time.

I bought it for my mother who is elderly and doesn't hear very well, and this phone serves her very well! Very good notification sound when someone calls and the fact that the mobile lights up during incoming calls helps a lot. It also has an option for extra volume of the receiver, but unfortunately, you can't always have it active. You have to select it for each call and my mother can't manage it. However, even without it, she hears very well (we couldn't talk with the old phone when calling). She has been using it for 1 month and I can't have an opinion on its durability, but I can say from its usage so far that I am very happy that I got it for her.

Good choice for the elderly, strong sounds, I suggest combining it with the purchase of larger batteries for even greater autonomy.

I got it for my 95-year-old mother, who can't see either the keys or the screen. She's trying to find the Open and Close buttons A and B by touch. Unfortunately, the buttons are smooth and she struggles to distinguish them by touch. Also, the space between the buttons is very small. Overall, she's having a lot of difficulty. Basically, I think the designers didn't take it seriously enough.

If an elderly person is able to use this phone comfortably, they can also drive a rocket!!! I am amazed at the audacity of the manufacturer claiming that it is for the elderly. Stay away
