εκκινητής είναι. δε θα φορτίσει πεσμένη μπαταρία, θα δώσει ρεύμα εκκίνησης για να πάρει μπρος το αμάξι. όταν πάρει μπροστά θα πρέπει να κυκλοφορήσεις το αμάξι για να φορτίσει εν κινήσει.
