In 3 months, the mechanical feel of the keys was lost. There was no support from the store for this and for another problem it had. Useless.

Good keyboard for the money. However, do not download the company's software under any circumstances. It will completely brick the keyboard. I had to connect another keyboard and download the original version of the software from a forum that was installed on this one, as the keys didn't work even to perform a factory reset. This bug has been around for a while

Very good build quality at a very good price for a wireless keyboard! I've already had it for 5 days and I've already gotten used to the keys, as it's the first time I'm using a 60% tenkeyless keyboard in my life. It's really worth the money!

The keyboard itself is very high quality in terms of construction, something I wasn't used to from the old Redragon products but it pleasantly surprised me. It also includes spare parts + a device for safely removing keys, I recommend it without hesitation.

IMPORTANT: If you download the software from the company's official site, do not click on update.exe! They have done something wrong and it bugs the entire keyboard and then it types nonsense.

I bought this specific keyboard after reading the reviews here. It is a wonderful wireless keyboard. I use it for programming and office work, and I am very satisfied. I was aware of the issue with the redragon software beforehand, and I don't consider it so important as to deduct a star. Ultimately, if you don't want to change the colors on the RGB or the function of a key, it works perfectly fine. It connected directly to my laptop, it's quite silent, and it lasts many hours without a cable. I highly recommend it without hesitation!

I'll start with the negatives:

Do not update the firmware under any circumstances. It freezes the entire keyboard with erratic lighting and no response, rendering it dysfunctional. There is a solution, as a friend sent a link above, but it works for some and not for others. I requested a replacement and using it for a few days, I can say the positives are:
1) The keys have a flawless feel and build quality.
2) The sound is tactile and not at all annoying.
3) The RGB is one of the best I've seen on a black keyboard. Those of you with a white setup may find it even more complementary.

Obviously, on the keyboard that came with the replacement, I did not update the firmware and it is not necessary.

Very nice size, the switches are almost silent and have a very nice feel when pressed. Today I went to update the keyboard from the file that is inside when you download the keyboard software, but as soon as I did it, the whole keyboard froze and I couldn't restore it at all. The LEDs were working, but only half of the buttons were registering, and the Bluetooth and the 2.4GHz receiver inside were not working, only the wired connection was functioning. I read on a forum that RedDragon does not provide proper update files for the program, resulting in the keyboard not responding, and then they tell you that they can't do anything about it. So DO NOT update your keyboard, it will get stuck if you do. Here is the solution: [link provided]. I am deducting one star for the keyboard software. (To restore it, right-click on the program, open file location, there is a folder called "old," click there, and then click on the "update" option. That's how it was restored for me.)

I have no words. Incredible feel, build quality, battery.
(It comes with the special wireless connection stick, something I didn't expect after watching some unboxing videos)
At first, I was somewhat hesitant about the 60% design, mainly because the arrow keys were missing (I was afraid that during activities like programming, I would struggle). I can say that from the first week, I got used to using Fn for the same function, and I never missed the arrow keys (in fact, I do everything faster).

Perfect for someone who types or plays frequently. You can reach anywhere and the sound of the keys is quiet and pleasant.

Amazing! Personally, I really liked this custom tricolor! One of the best 60% custom keyboards with outemu brown switches, which are very fast and don't make much noise! We're talking about a very high-quality construction, and inside the box, it includes the tool for changing keys!

It was purchased for 55€ and I have to say that it is very high quality, it's worth it with various additional customizations that make it even better. I highly recommend it!
