Tasting Characteristics: Most of the raw materials used at the Lost Lake distillery come from the valley of the Muses, formed by the passage of the Pérsemo River through the slopes of Mount Helicon. The slopes of Mount Helicon, along with the cold currents descending from its summit, create the ideal terroir for the vineyards, which is expressed in the character of the wines and spirits from this region.

For the production of tsipouro, the process begins with careful selection in the vineyard, followed by proper management of the raw material and care in the distillation process, and ends with innovation and safety in the bottling process. These requirements align with the philosophy and goal of the distillery to produce high-quality spirits with a subtle and discreet character, pure aromas, gentle alcohol sensation, and balanced taste.
