• The lawn requires soil with very good drainage and aeration.
• Removal of weeds using herbicide.
• Add balanced fertilizer with micronutrients 40 gr/sqm and sand if the soil is very heavy.
• Installation of an irrigation system.
• Level the soil with a rake and water it.
• Let the soil dry for two days.
• Sow the seed mixed with sand and lightly cover it with a rake.
• Water for 10 minutes every 12 hours for a week.
• The soil should remain sufficiently moist.
• When the grass starts to grow, reduce watering.
• Avoid frequent watering during the summer months.
• Apply a fungicide once a month as a preventive measure.
