    After 4 months, it probably caused me some constipation and my armpits smelled quite bad. I don't know if this is 100% related to the iron but these are the two side effects I noticed. I did not notice a metallic taste but again, the side effects someone may notice can differ quite a lot from those someone else may experience.

    Now, my iron levels did not increase much (hair loss and easily damaged and broken nails remained even after I started taking it), but this is probably due to my much more personal difficulties with iron absorption that I have had for many years.

    Maybe if you decide to buy it (or any iron supplement), you should probably persist and continue using it (that is, if you don't have significant side effects). Or consult a doctor.
