I don't have the experience to compare it with helmets in its category, but compared to the cheap hundred-euro helmets, it's like night and day. Just be careful with the sizes, according to the company's guide I'm clearly a medium but I feel it is excessively tight, maybe you should try it on first.

This review is about a variation of the product

I have been using the helmet for 8 months already and it really is what I expected, being an owner of the previous version as well! What I hear about noise I think is a bit exaggerated! No buffeting in the air, which won me over from the start with these helmets! It's not just an ordinary helmet. I don't have experience with Shoei, but their price is way above my "category"! Anyway, up to 220 km/h on the autobahn, no problem with turbulence! One important downside for me, which is incorrectly mentioned, is its weight. While I bought it thinking it was 1290g, it actually is 1550g, which for some may be insignificant, but for me it's a wrong specification that should be mentioned! One last thing I would like to point out is that whatever size you measure for your head, get the next size up as it is very, very tight!

Nice helmet for around 300 euros. I've had it for two years without any usage problems. It's not exactly at the quality of Shoei/Arai helmets but it's also not at the same price.

    Positives:
    -Recent safety certifications
    -Nice visor locking mechanism
-Easy visor removal for cleaning or pinlock change
    -Useful sun visor
    -Decent ventilation for my taste
-Nice pads that haven't worn out much yet

    Negatives:
-Came with some small marks on the matte finish that seem to be from the factory and the paint
-It's noisy so if you have a naked bike, I wouldn't recommend it

This review is about a variation of the product

    Notable helmet positives
1 quality of color as well as internal padding
2 has the new certifications for this price
    3 flawless-racing buckle
4 the visor mechanism, although it takes a little getting used to, is okay
5 the visor for the sun is very useful
    Negatives
Ultimately, all sharks have the same negative: the noise is very intense, the wind takes your mind away; for out-of-town riding, it’s not suitable; the bike used is touring, but a moped or scooter is just fine.

For now, I have no comments on the road, but since it is the 7th Shark helmet I have bought in 18 years, I can confidently say that it is the most complete, the most well-researched, and the best value for money helmet. Among the few with the new specification, perhaps the only one with an integrated sun visor, with pinlock and positions for an intercom, and a well-designed shape with a thin fabric removable chin curtain for obvious sound insulation. The first and only one so far and one of the few with the new 2022 safety specification. It is worth every cent
