    I have experience with similar products because I use them in my restaurant. These particular bags are very thin and their thickness is not mentioned anywhere in the description. First use, I sealed freshly ground coffee and after two days I saw 2 out of the 4 bags had taken in air. For sous vide use? Not even for a joke.
