I can apply it without powder and I never see the concealer in fine lines again. It really does what it promises and I am already on my third package and will probably buy many more. It helps with fine lines and moisturizes the area under the eyes a lot. It doesn't do anything for dark circles, but I don't care because I bought it for smoothing fine lines
