Φοράω 42 κ 2/3 με 43 σε αθλητικό και χρησιμοποιώ το 39,5 , φιλος μου που φοράει 43 χρησιμοποιεί το 40 νούμερο. Οπότε θα έλεγα μεταξύ 40,5 κ 41 . Πρεπει να είναι σφιχτά αλλά σε βαθμό που να τα αντεχεις ενώ κανεις αναρρίχηση. Θα σου πρότεινα να δεις τον οδηγό μεγέθους απο την la sportiva να μετρήσεις το πόδι και επιλέξεις βαση αυτού.
