    Get them one size bigger...
    Nevertheless, it is a narrow shoe.
    It is difficult to put on because the tongue is sewn, so it does not have much room.
    I found them too tight for my foot, and I asked for a refund, even though I got them one size bigger.
    They are very nice in appearance.
    But I did not find them comfortable.

    Well, I will say first impression since I have them only for 2 days.... For summer with thin socks, it is just what you need in the size you wear. A little tight but they will loosen with patience. I made the mistake of getting them in winter, so with thick socks, the shoe needs half a size bigger... It squeezed and suffocated my foot quite a bit but okay, I believe they will loosen over time. Now, as for the comfort, it is great. And the air sole is very good, the quality is high. A good shoe for running, for walking, and generally for everyday use
