In general, it does the job (at least at first). I got it a month ago, I was drinking a small shaker with 260ml cold water after work and it helped me quite a bit, but now towards the end it caused me nausea, queasiness, and various gastrointestinal issues. Now I don't know, maybe because I was drinking it quickly and abruptly and on an empty stomach, what can I say.
Update: Even after food and drinking it slowly, it causes stomach issues (belching, gas, nausea, etc.). It also dries out the mouth, and the symptoms last for 24 hours.

    Excellent choice if you want to boost a little. It's not meant to be taken for years. The only negative I noticed is that after 2-3 weeks I started to feel very hungry and suddenly at random intervals. The result was that I ate excessively and gained about 2 kilos of fat, which I'm now struggling to lose. Be careful, don't let your appetite take over.
