Wonderful shoe, owner of the Sonoma 3, versatile, I stayed with this particular model because I simply remained satisfied. For everyday use, I hope it is worthy of the old one

Update after 1 year of use I got size 41.5 which in other brands I had, in this size, they were very comfortable and a little big. In this shoe, it is borderline okay in length and much narrower. Just keep that in mind. As for shock absorption, it is good, especially in the front part. Better than the previous well-known brands of similar to more expensive value that they replaced. I got the ones in olive color. The color is more intense than it appears in the product photos. Quite to very good ventilation of the foot (compared to what I always had in a similar shoe). Mainly used for walking in the city and countryside. So far the conclusion is that at €45 as I got them on the Skroutz platform, you won't find anything better in terms of walking comfort, in my opinion. Just be sure about the shoe sizes of Asics compared to other brands. HOWEVER, THE BIG negative I find is that they slip quite a lot on wet sidewalks. I walk 4-5 kilometers every day. The only damage to the shoes is the one in the photo from rubbing against jeans. No other. As I said for €45 they were very good that I went and got Asics again but more expensive and for running, not trekking. If you find them for €90, add €20 and get Asics Novablast

Από απορρόφηση κραδασμών είναι καλά, ειδικα στο εμπρός μερος. Καλύτερα από τα προηγούμενα πολυ επώνυμα αντίστοιχης προς πιο ακριβής αξίας που αντικατεστησαν. Πήρα αυτά που έχουν λαδί χρώμα. Είναι πιο έντονο το χρώμα από ότι φαίνεται στις φωτο του προϊόντος. Αρκετά ως πολύ καλός αερισμός του ποδιού (συγκριτικά με οτι είχα πάντα σε ανάλογο παπούτσι)
Χρήση κυρίως περπάτημα μέσα στην πόλη αλλά και την εξοχή.
Μέχρι στιγμής το συμπέρασμα είναι ότι στα 45€ όσο τα πήρα στην πλατφόρμα του Skroutz, δεν βρίσκεις κάτι καλύτερο σε επίπεδο άνεσης βαδισματος, κατά την γνώμη μου. Αρκεί να εισια σιγουρος για τα νουμερα παπουτσιων της asics σε σχέση με τις άλλες εταιρείς
ΟΜΩΣ ΤΟ ΜΕΓΑΛΟ αρνητικό βρίσκω ότι ειναι οτι γλυστράνε αρκετά εως πολύ σε βρεγμένα πεζοδρόμια.
Περπατάω 4-5 χιλιόμετρα κάθε μέρα. Η μόνη ζημία των παπουτσιών είναι αυτή στη φωτό από την τριβή με το τζιν παντελόνι. Καμία άλλη.

They are indeed cheap for ASICS!
But I expected them to be a bit more high-quality!!! (at least in appearance! They look a bit cheap!!)
I would recommend seeing them up close before deciding because the photos differ from reality! (Regarding the olive color I bought)
For simple walking and everyday use, they have a very good feel!
They have an issue on wet pavement, they slip!
They are definitely made for uneven surfaces, but they should have better grip on flat ones!
It probably has to do with the material they are made of!
I don't have an opinion on durability yet!

Στο απλό περπάτημα και καθημερινή χρήση έχουν πολύ καλή αίσθηση!
Έχουν ένα θέμα σε βρεγμένο πεζοδρόμιο γλιστρούν!
Είναι φτιαγμένα βέβαια για ανώμαλες επιφάνειες αλλά θα έπρεπε να έχουν καλύτερη πρόσφυση και σε επίπεδες!
Μάλλον έχει να κάνει με το υλικό το οποίο είναι φτιαγμένα!
Από αντοχή δεν έχω άποψη ακόμη!
The 1st pair lasted through mountain running, on rough paths with rocks, 710 km in 13 months. They started to open up in the front and the big toe was about to come out in both shoes. I think they did very well.
The 2nd pair had worse quality. They started to open up at the same spot at 450 km, 16 months after purchase, even though I ran them on much smoother terrain compared to the first ones! One lace even got cut! Also, their sole feels a bit softer than the first ones, as I can feel the rocks more, and also the sole has worn down at the heel on one shoe.
I haven't worn the 3rd pair yet, since the 2nd one still has some life left in it.

Το 1ο ζευγάρι άντεξε σε ορεινό τρέξιμο, σε άσχημα μονοπάτια με πέτρες, 710 χιλ. σε 13 μήνες Άρχισε να ανοίγουν μπροστά και κόντευε να βγει το μεγάλο δάχτυλο του ποδιού έξω και στα 2 παπούτσια. Νομίζω ότι πήγε πολύ καλά.
Το 2ο ζευγάρι βγήκε χειρότερη ποιότητα. Άρχισε να ανοίγει στο ίδιο σημείο στα 450 χιλ,, 16 μήνες από την αγορά τους, παρά του ότι τα έτρεξα σε πολύ πιο ομαλό έδαφος σε σχέση με τα πρώτα! Μάλιστα κόπηκε και το ένα κορδόνι! Επίσης η σόλα τους μου φαίνεται λίγο πιο μαλακή από τα πρώτα, μια που νοιώθω τις πέτρες περισσότερο και επίσης στο ένα παπούτσι η σόλα έχει καθίσει πίσω στη φτέρνα.
Το 3ο ζευγάρι δεν το φόρεσα ακόμη, μια που το 2ο αντέχει λίγο ακόμη.
The sizes of Asics are generally a bit strange, so if there is half a size above your usual size in other brands, prefer that.
Shoes suitable for WALKING on roads or trails with dirt, gravel, and stones (due to the relatively thick sole and gel that absorbs shocks), but not for running in the mountains as they are a bit heavy.
The construction quality seems relatively average (especially in the seams)
and the ortholite insole is not as stable as in other brands that have the same insole technology with greater stability in my personal opinion.
upd. 08/2023. At 380 km, the interior of one shoe's heel melted and it was time to replace them. They held up well, but definitely not as much as the Salomon Alphacross 3 and 4, which lasted me 580 km each.
Τα νούμερα της Asics είναι γενικά λίγο περίεργα οπότε αν υπάρχει μισό νούμερο πάνω απο το συνηθισμένο σας σε άλλες μάρκες, προτιμήστε αυτό.
Παπούτσια κατάλληλα για ΠΕΡΠΑΤΗΜΑ σε δρόμους ή μονοπάτια με χώμα, χαλίκι αλλά και πέτρες (λόγω της σχετικά χοντρής σόλας και του gel που απορροφά τους κραδασμούς), αλλά όχι για τρέξιμο στο βουνό καθώς είναι λίγο βαριά.
Η ποιότητα κατασκευής τους φαίνεται σχετικά μέτρια (ειδικά στις κολλήσεις)
και ο πάτος ortholite όχι τόσο σταθερός όπως σε άλλες μάρκες που έχουν ίδια τεχνολογία πάτου με μεγαλύτερη κατά την προσωπική μου άποψη σταθερότητα.
upd. 08/2023. Στα 380 χλμ έλιωσε το εσωτερικό στην φτέρνα τους ενός παπουτσιού και ήρθε η ώρα. Καλά κράτησαν αλλά σίγουρα όχι τόσο όσο τα Salomon Alphacross 3 και 4 που μου έβγαλαν 580 χλμ το καθένα.
Until now, after 1 month of daily use at work all day long, standing and walking several kilometers, they are very comfortable for my wide foot. They are of better quality than the last gel venture 8 shoes, which both opened on the big toe within a month and essentially became useless.
Μεχρι τωρα 1 μηνα καθημερινης χρησης στην δουλεια ολη η μερα ορθιος κ αρκετα χιλιομετρα ειναι πολυ ανετα για το φαρδυ ποδι μου. Ποιοτικα καλυτερα απο τα τελευταια gel venture 8 που πανω στον μηνα ανοιξανε και τα δυο στο μεγαλο δάχτυλο και ουσιαστικα αχρηστευθηκαν.
It is comfortable, very high quality, and you can tell when you wear it. Maybe it didn't fit someone's foot and it's unfair to it. I walk about 10 kilometers with a fast pace. They are also suitable for trail running due to the sole. They look very nice as well.
Update May 2023: The shoe, after a year of use not everyday, running twice a week, and a lot of walking, still holds up and is just as good as last year.
Είναι άνετο, πολύ ποιοτικό και το καταλαβαίνει κανείς όταν το φοράει. Ίσως σε κάποιον να μη ταίριαξε στο ποδι του και το αδικεί. Περπατάω περίπου καμία 10αρια χμ γρήγορο βάδισμα.Επισης κάνουν για τρέξιμο σε χωματόδρομο λόγω πέλματος.Ειναι πολύ ωραίο εμφανισιακά.
Update Μάιος 2023 : Το παπούτσι ένα χρόνο + με χρήση οχι καθημερινή και τρέξιμο 2 φορές την εβδομάδα αλλά και πολύ περπατημα αντέχει και είναι το ίδιο καλό όπως πέρυσι.

Είναι άνετο, πολύ ποιοτικό και το καταλαβαίνει κανείς όταν το φοράει. Ίσως σε κάποιον να μη ταίριαξε στο ποδι του και το αδικεί. Περπατάω περίπου καμία 10αρια χμ γρήγορο βάδισμα.Επισης κάνουν για τρέξιμο σε χωματόδρομο λόγω πέλματος.Ειναι πολύ ωραίο εμφανισιακά.
Update Μάιος 2023 : Το παπούτσι ένα χρόνο + με χρήση οχι καθημερινή και τρέξιμο 2 φορές την εβδομάδα αλλά και πολύ περπατημα αντέχει και είναι το ίδιο καλό όπως πέρυσι.

4 μηνες χρήσης... ερείπιο. Τα προσεχα μέχρι που αρχισαν να ανοίγουν. Μετα τα εβαζα στη δουλειά- πωλητής- πλεον δε φοριουνται
Wonderful shoe, owner of the Sonoma 3, versatile, I stayed with this particular model because I simply remained satisfied. For everyday use, I hope it is worthy of the old one
Υπέροχο παπούτσι, κάτοχος του Sonoma 3 , πολυφορεμένο ,παρέμεινα στο συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο γιατι απλα έμεινα ευχαριστημένος. Για καθημερινή χρήση εύχομαι να είναι αντάξιο του παλιού
Update after 1 year of use I got size 41.5 which in other brands I had, in this size, they were very comfortable and a little big. In this shoe, it is borderline okay in length and much narrower. Just keep that in mind. As for shock absorption, it is good, especially in the front part. Better than the previous well-known brands of similar to more expensive value that they replaced. I got the ones in olive color. The color is more intense than it appears in the product photos. Quite to very good ventilation of the foot (compared to what I always had in a similar shoe). Mainly used for walking in the city and countryside. So far the conclusion is that at €45 as I got them on the Skroutz platform, you won't find anything better in terms of walking comfort, in my opinion. Just be sure about the shoe sizes of Asics compared to other brands. HOWEVER, THE BIG negative I find is that they slip quite a lot on wet sidewalks. I walk 4-5 kilometers every day. The only damage to the shoes is the one in the photo from rubbing against jeans. No other. As I said for €45 they were very good that I went and got Asics again but more expensive and for running, not trekking. If you find them for €90, add €20 and get Asics Novablast
Update μετα απο 1 ετος χρήσης Πήρα νούμερο 41.5 που στα αλλα επίσης επωνυμα που ειχα, στο νούμερο αυτό, ήταν πολύ άνετα και λίγο μεγάλα. Σε αυτό το παπούτσι είναι οριακά οκ στο μήκος και πολυ στενότερα. Απλά να το έχετε υπόψη.
Από απορρόφηση κραδασμών είναι καλά, ειδικα στο εμπρός μερος. Καλύτερα από τα προηγούμενα πολυ επώνυμα αντίστοιχης προς πιο ακριβής αξίας που αντικατεστησαν. Πήρα αυτά που έχουν λαδί χρώμα. Είναι πιο έντονο το χρώμα από ότι φαίνεται στις φωτο του προϊόντος. Αρκετά ως πολύ καλός αερισμός του ποδιού (συγκριτικά με οτι είχα πάντα σε ανάλογο παπούτσι)
Χρήση κυρίως περπάτημα μέσα στην πόλη αλλά και την εξοχή.
Μέχρι στιγμής το συμπέρασμα είναι ότι στα 45€ όσο τα πήρα στην πλατφόρμα του Skroutz, δεν βρίσκεις κάτι καλύτερο σε επίπεδο άνεσης βαδισματος, κατά την γνώμη μου. Αρκεί να εισια σιγουρος για τα νουμερα παπουτσιων της asics σε σχέση με τις άλλες εταιρείς
ΟΜΩΣ ΤΟ ΜΕΓΑΛΟ αρνητικό βρίσκω ότι ειναι οτι γλυστράνε αρκετά εως πολύ σε βρεγμένα πεζοδρόμια.
Περπατάω 4-5 χιλιόμετρα κάθε μέρα. Η μόνη ζημία των παπουτσιών είναι αυτή στη φωτό από την τριβή με το τζιν παντελόνι. Καμία άλλη.
όπως είπα για 45€ ήταν πολύ καλά τόσο που πήγα πήρα ξανά asics αλλά πιο ακριβά και running,όχι trecking. Αν τα βρείτε 90, βάλτε κι 20 να πάρετε asics Novablast
