The reasons I give three stars and not one are: 1. it is a good company and the product looks good and of high quality, at least on paper, and 2. every person is different and, consequently, the assessment of the supplement’s effectiveness concerns me personally.
I took the supplement for about 15 days. After 10 days, my finger joints started hurting. As an IT person, I literally depend on the health of my hands. I stopped taking the supplement, but unfortunately it took several months before I could say that I no longer had pain to the point where it was difficult to do my job, that is, to be able to type or click with the mouse. I still have a few issues here and there in the joints of my hands and feet, but I think they are improving as time goes by. I should emphasize that along with the supplement I was taking, and still continue to take, quite a bit of vitamin D and K. I hope I helped.
Επανέρχομαι για να δώσω περισσότερες λεπτομέρειες και να δικαιολογήσω τα 3 αστέρια. Οι λόγοι που δίνω δίνω τα τρία αστέρια και όχι ένα είναι: 1. πρόκειται για μια καλή εταιρία και το προϊόν δείχνει καλό και ποιοτικό τουλάχιστον στα χαρτιά και 2. κάθε άνθρωπος είναι διαφορετικός και κατά συνέπεια, η αξιολόγηση της αποτελεσματικότητας του συμπληρώματος αφορά εμένα προσωπικά.
Πήρα το συμπλήρωμα για περίπου 15 ημέρες. Μετά τις 10 ημέρες άρχισαν να πονάνε οι αρθρώσεις μου στα στα δάχτυλα των χεριών. Σαν άνθρωπος της πληροφορικής κυριολεκτικά εξαρτώμαι από την υγεία των χεριών μου. Σταμάτησα να παίρνω το συμπλήρωμα αλλά δυστυχώς χρειαστήκαν αρκετοί μήνες μέχρι να μπορώ να πω ότι πλέον δεν πονάω σε σημείο που να δυσκολεύομαι να κάνω τη δουλειά μου, δηλαδή να μπορώ να πληκτρολογήσω ή να κάνω κλικ με το mouse. Έχω ακόμα λίγα θέματα εδώ κι εκεί σε αρθρώσεις των χεριών και των ποδιών αλλά νομίζω ότι καλυτερεύουν όσο περνά ο καιρός. Να τονίσω ότι μαζί με το συμπλήρωμα έπαιρνα και συνεχίζω να παίρνω αρκετή βιταμίνη D και Κ. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα.

The multivitamins that we usually take daily contain a funny amount of calcium and magnesium compared to our daily needs. Calcium and magnesium require specific amounts every day and their deficiency prevents the body from properly performing over 400 processes daily, something that you will come across one day.
Δειχνει να είναι πολύ καλο, νιώθω γενικώς μια ευεξία κι αντοχή τον τελευταίο καιρό που το χρησιμοποιώ, σε συνδυασμό όμως και με βιταμίνες κι άλλα σκευάσματα. Οπότε δεν ξέρω αν οφείλεται σε αυτό αποκλειστικά. Το ανακατεύεις σε ένα ποτηράκι νερό. Ένα κουταλάκι του γλυκού κοφτό προς γεμάτο. Διαλύεται άμεσα, με το που πέφτει στο ποτήρι. Το ανακατεύεις μετά βεβαια. Η γεύση του είναι σαν κιμωλία. Δεν είναι ενοχλητική ωστόσο. Μην κάνετε όμως κατάχρηση ασβεστίου, όχι μεγάλες δοσεις κι οχι καθημερινά συμπλήρωμα γιατί μπορεί να δημιουργήσετε από το τίποτα πέτρες στα νεφρά σας. Φάτε που και που κανένα γιαούρτι πρόβειο που είναι τίγκα στο ασβέστιο. Κάθε πρόβειο περιέχει περίπου 400mg ασβεστίου ανά κεσσεδάκι, δηλ το μισό περίπου της καθημερινης σας ανάγκης σε ασβεστιο. Η ποιότητα του στη μορφή CITRATE είναι ό,τι καλύτερο. Σε ο,τι σκεύασμα τέτοιου είδους παραγγέλνετε προτιμήστε με τα χίλια αν σας δίνεται η επιλογή τη μορφή CITRATE. Πχ σε σκευάσματα μαγνησίου ψευδάργυρου κλπ. Απορροφάται άψογα, δεν πειράζει το στομάχι και γενικά είναι ο,τι πιο top. Επειδή το έχω ψαξει, σε οποιαδήποτε άλλη μορφή κατά την άποψη μου είναι πεταμένα λεφτά. Επίσης μετά από χρόνια δοκιμών κι αγορών σε βιταμίνες κι όλα τα σχετικά σκευάσματα όλων σχεδόν των εταιριών, έχω πλέον καταληξει σε δύο μάρκες που βλέπω ότι κάνουν πραγματικά δουλειά. Lamberts και Now Foods είναι εκείνα που προσωπικά δουλεύουν σε μένα. Μέχρι αποδείξεως του αντιθέτου, θα συνεχίσω να πορεύομαι με αυτές. Κι ένα τελευταίο. Οι πολυβιταμινες που συνηθίζουμε να παίρνουμε καθημερινά περιέχουν όλες αστεία ποσότητα ασβεστίου και μαγνησίου σε σχέση με τις καθημερινές ανάγκες. Ιδίως ασβέστιο και μαγνήσιο δεν έχουν σχεδόν καθόλου μέσα τους, ίσως επειδή κοστίζει, ίσως για να σε υποχρεώσουν να πάρεις έξτρα σκεύασμα . Οπότε μην παραλείπετε να συμπληρώνετε είτε με σωστή διατροφή είτε με το να παραγγείλετε συμπληρώματα ασβεστίου και μαγνησίου. Ασβεστιο και μαγνήσιο θέλουν συγκεκριμένες ποσότητες κάθε μέρα καιι η έλλειψη τους αποτρέπει τον οργανισμό να εκτελέσει σωστά πάνω από 400 διεργασίες καθημερινά, κάτι που θα το βρεις μια μέρα μπροστά σου.
