Βοηθάει σίγουρα αλλά με πολύ κατανάλωση νερού επίσης. Κάνω χρόνια νεφρολιθιασεις καί σέ μεγαλύτερες πέτρες αποτέλεσμα έχω δεί μόνο ιατρικά
