Η οδηγιες που γραφει το κουτι ειναι 1 πρωι 1 βραδυ με φαι και νερό.
2 το πρωί - 2 το μεσημέρι - 2 το βράδυ αν υπάρχει πέτρα ή ουρολοίμωξη για 2 μήνες περίπου (βοηθάει άμεσα ως ανακούφιση αλλά θέλει κάποιο διάστημα για απαλοιφή του προβλήματος)
