Βοηθάει. Παρενέργειες δεν έχει καθόλου, τουλάχιστον σε εμένα, αλλά εγώ γενικά δεν παίρνω βαριά φάρμακα πέρα απο depon ,panadol. Για πιο βαριά φάρμακα καλύτερα ρωτήστε ένα γιατρό.
