Δεν είναι ρυθμιζόμενο, μέτρα την περίμετρο του κρανίου σου με μια μεζούρα, στο σημείο που είναι πιο μεγάλο και πάτα εκεί που λέει Βρες το μέγεθός σου. Δες σε πιο μέγεθος είσαι και δώσε και μισό εκατοστό περισσότερο. Αν πχ είναι 60cm και είσαι στο L (59-60) πήγαινε στο XL.
