It does not provide immediate relief from dry cough and sore throat. It is more expensive than other products with better reviews and I don't think it's worth the money. I took one dose and it only slightly eased my throat and the cough remained slightly reduced. I took another dose within the hour because the cough was bothering me and I slept with a little cough. I woke up with a persistent dry cough and a stuffy nose. I believe it requires multiple doses for several days to take effect. If you want immediate relief, it doesn't work.
