Εγώ το έπαιρνα για ένα μήνα σχεδόν κάθε μέρα λόγω στρες που έτρωγα πολύ. Δεν πήρα ούτε γραμμάριο τότε, αλλά πήρα 6 κιλά μόλις το σταμάτησα.
