Lantides Estate presents Ergo Rosé, an exceptional single-variety rosé made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, originating from the region of Nemea, with Protected Geographical Indication Corinth.

Ergo Rosé has a soft rosé color. Its complex aromas include fresh forest fruits such as raspberries, peach, and rose, combined with spicy notes from aging in oak barrels. Its taste is balanced and rich, with a long finish reminiscent of fresh forest fruits. Its moderate acidity highlights the aromas and offers a refreshing experience, while the medium body of the wine provides balance and harmony overall.

The winemaking of Ergo Rosé involves leaving the grapes in stainless steel tanks to achieve its pink color, with careful extraction to enhance the aromatic characteristics of the variety. It is served chilled, at 8-10°C.
