Την ίδια απορία είχα και επέλεξα να το παίρνω πριν.
στο κουτι αναγραφει: Συστήνεται να λαμβάνονται πριν ή αμέσως μετά το γεύμα. εγω προσωπικα τα παιρνω το βραδυ μετα το φαγητο
