Αν δεν κάνω λάθος είναι 3+3= 6 συνολικά ταμπλέτες μετά ή πριν τα κύρια γεύματα. Πριν το γεύμα, αν κάποιος θέλει να αποκτήσει και κάποιο κορεσμό και να φάει λιγότερο. Εξαιρετικό προϊόν.
