Μπορώ να παίρνω ταυτόχρονα βιταμίνη D και σύμπλεγμα βιταμινών Β;
Nαι δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα γιατι είναι υπογλώσσιο. Απλώς ας τα παίρνεις με λίγες ώρες διαφορά. Και για την D προτίμησε να την παίρνεις μετά από λιπαρό γεύμα, δηλαδή ή κάτι τηγανιτό ή λαδερά.
