Όχι αλλά η Κ2 βοηθάει ώστε το ασβέστιο που συγκεντρώνεται κατά τη λήψη της D3 να μεταφερθεί στα οστά (εκεί που πρέπει δηλαδή). Λήψη Κ2 κάνουμε αφού εχουμε ανεβάσει την D3 πάνω από 40.
