    I have had the mobile for almost 3 months, very good for Greg's money efficient system, but if it had a better processor it would be top, for light gaming it is very good and alone. Lately, (4 times it does it) I put it to light for about an hour and it stops charging in the middle and sometimes it doesn't charge even though it shows that it is lighting. If this happens to you, my advice is to clean the mobile and then restart it. Or get another mobile preferably not a cheap android??? because whatever you give, you get better to get an iPhone and you're all set. THAT'S IT

The solution is to reset it to factory settings and start from scratch. Once this is done, the phone becomes fast and doesn't experience any freezes, and the apps open immediately.
