Βοηθαει αρκετα, αλλα η βελτιωση φαινεται μετα απο τρεις μηνες περνοντας συνεχως το χαπι και δεν θελει να το σταματησης καθολου.Το παιρνω εναλλασοντας το με το Jointace sort.
