φυτικό είναι αλλά θα πρέπει να κάνεις κάποια παύση 1-2 μήνες, ανάλογα τους κύκλους εκγύμνασης που έχεις στο πρόγραμμά σου για να αποφύγεις την τοξικότητα στον οργανισμό σου απο κάποιο στάδιο κι έπειτα.
