DOUBLE BOILED LINSEED OIL is a superior quality oil produced from the matured and dried seeds of the flax plant. By following the traditional filtering process and the double boiling method, a faster drying time and higher durability are achieved compared to raw linseed oil. It penetrates deeply into the wood, offering an excellent natural satin finish – patina. It is suitable for use on all types of wood except oak. It can also be used as a traditional sealant on terracotta tiles and other porous surfaces before applying wax.
