Σε σεμινάριο πρώτων βοηθειών , την εδεναν κόμπο γύρω απο την λεκάνη και σήκωναν το άτομο στον αέρα. Είναι πολύ ανθεκτικές.
Θεωρητικά δεν χαλάει και πολύ εύκολα, αλλά επειδή προσωπικά την έχω χρησιμοποιήσει μόνο πριν το Μαραθώνιο και πετάξει μετά, δε μπορώ να στο εγγυηθώ
