Η συσκευασία λέει 2 κάψουλες 2 φορές την ημέρα, άρα σύνολο 4, εγώ παίρνω μόνο 2 κάψουλες, 2 φορές από 1 κάψουλα, μία με το μεσημεριανό και μία με το βραδινό.
