    If I could, I would give it 10 stars. I have tried many 1K alkyd primers, they are all candy compared to this one. It is worth the money and then some. Since it is epoxy, it wets the surfaces like glue, metal and old paints. It is a 2-component product and creates a water-impermeable layer. It also has zinc phosphate as a second line of defense against moisture. It dries in 30 minutes on a summer evening. Incredible product. Quality.

The einzA Lawirostal 2-K-Epoxi-Primer epoxy primer is a two-component product designed to prepare metal surfaces before painting. It provides adhesion and corrosion protection on iron, steel, zinc, galvanized surfaces, aluminium, copper and other non-ferrous metals. It can also be used on difficult substrates such as V2A/V4A stainless steel, hard PVC, and glazed or ceramic tiles.

It is resistant to water, salt solutions, alkalis, fuels, lubricants, oils and many solvents, as well as abrasion, weathering and impact. It is used as a primer coat for einzA Lawidur 2-K-PU, einzA LawiPur and two-component industrial coating systems. Apply by brush, roller or airless spray; compressed-air spray application is permitted only in enclosed facilities.
