The 90 Vitabiotics Ultra Omega 3-6-9 capsules combine omega-3 from fish oil, omega-6 from blackcurrant seed oil and pumpkin seed oil, and omega-9 from olive oil. The fish oil comes from small oily fish, such as sardines and anchovies, and provides EPA and DHA. The formula is gluten-free.
The recommended dosage is 1–2 capsules daily with your main meal. Swallow the capsules with water or a cold drink; do not chew them. Not suitable for children.
