Από ότι ξέρω, γενικά τα συμπληρώματα καλό είναι να κάνεις μία παύση (Ειδικά τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες) μετά από 3 μήνες συνεχόμενης χρήσης. Μετά μπορείς να ξαναπάρεις.
