Chrotech Ultraxyl Aqua water-based wood stain is acrylic-based and intended to protect and decorate wooden structures indoors and outdoors, such as doors, frames and windows. Its matt Oregon shade enhances the natural appearance of the wood, while its formula is virtually odourless during application and provides scratch resistance.

Apply with a brush, felt roller or spray gun in 2–3 coats, lightly sanding and removing dust between coats. It dries in 50 ± 10 minutes and can be recoated after 3.5 ± 0.5 hours, while the third coat should be applied after 10 hours. Dilute the first coat with up to 10% water by volume; apply subsequent coats undiluted.
