Δεν παίρνουμε συνέχεια, ανά δεύτερη ή τρίτη ημέρα γιατί είναι μεγάλη η δόση, αλλά απ' ότι ξέρω όλες οι βιταμίνες έχουν ένα όριο για που είναι οι τρεις μήνες, εκτός κι αν έχεις κάποια συγκεκριμένη έλλειψη
