Take 2 tablets daily with a meal or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Precautions: This product contains iron, and exceeding the recommended dose may be harmful, particularly to young children. Consuming more than 250 mg of magnesium may cause mild gastrointestinal upset. Reducing the dose or dividing it throughout the day may help. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
