ARTIC TONER WITHOUT AMMONIA B23

Enriched gloss with a natural beige shade. Used on bleached hair with base levels 8 – 9 – 10.

Recommended Use: After bleaching to create natural beige base shades 8-9-10.

Instructions for Use:

  • For Cool Beige: After rinsing the bleach, apply B23 mixed 1:2 with 1.5% - 3% oxidant lotion. Leave for 10 minutes, checking the gloss process until reaching the desired shade.
  • For Warm Beige: Apply directly to lightened hair with base levels 8 – 9 – 10. Mix B23 with 1.5% - 3% oxidant lotion in a 1:2 ratio. Monitor the gloss with a maximum exposure time of 10 minutes.

After use, apply shampoo and coloring mask.
