ARTIC TONER WITHOUT AMMONIA B12 is a neutralizer designed to eliminate yellow-orange residual pigment. It is ideal for level 7 bases and, when combined with B02, is also used for levels 8 – 9 – 10.

  • 9 – 10: icy blonde

Its use is recommended after bleaching to remove unwanted yellow-orange residual pigment. Essential for achieving cool tones at levels 8 – 9 – 10 when used together with B02.

Instructions for Use: After rinsing out the bleach, towel dry the hair and apply B12 (alone or mixed with B02) on the desired lightening area, mixing it in a ratio of 1:2 with 1.5%-3% peroxide. The maximum recommended exposure time is 10 minutes. The process should be monitored, and the product rinsed out as soon as neutralization is achieved.

For natural white hair, it is recommended to mix 3 parts B02 + 1 part B12, in a ratio of 1:2 with 3% developer, with a maximum exposure time of 10 minutes.
