In short, the 1900mg of citric magnesium corresponds to 300mg of pure elemental magnesium, which is not 100% of the RDA. Also, the 1900mg is not one capsule but two. For someone who has magnesium deficiency and wants to take treatment, approximately 2.5 capsules are required, which means the package lasts for 1 month or less. And for 1 month, we are not talking about a value for money product, you can find better options abroad.
