Το λαμβάνω μία φορά το χρόνο (κάθε χρόνο δηλαδή) για όσο διαρκούν τα χάπια. Δηλαδή κάνεις συντήρηση. Τώρα όσον αφορά τη διαφορά, μόνο με το σκεύασμα δύσκολο, θέλει να προσέχεις και τη διατροφή σου από δίπλα, π.χ. να πίνεις αριάνι / κεφίρ, ισορροπία στα γεύματα, κτλ.
