θα πρέπει να έχει το μισό βάρος σου, +-10% αν είσαι 100 κιλά μέχρι 60κιλά (τα αντέχει) οπότε επέλεξε διάφορα υλικά, το καλύτερο είναι ύφασμα και αν δεν φτάνει στο επιθυμητό βάρος συμπληρώνεις άμμο ή πριονίδι.
